2018 Presidential election: clash of colours sees Akere Muna go orange

The flag bearer of the FPD party Barrister Akere Muna has now opted to use orange as his colour for the upcoming Presidential election as a result of a clash.

Akere Muna had initially planned to campaign using yellow as well as that of their ballot but it clashed with that of the UDC party who had chosen the same colour.

The party has now decided to chose orange as their new colour in order to create a clear distinction and to avoid confusion at the polling station, the FPD said in a statement.

The party has called on all its followers and supporters to ignore the former colours and adopt the new one.
