2018 World Cup qualifiers: Cameroon Vs Nigeria fixed for August 31, September 4

FIFA has announced the dates for the double header between Nigeria and Cameroon for the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Nigeria will first host Group B opponent Cameroon on Thursday, August 31 before the return leg on Monday, September 4 in Yaounde.

According to Pulse news, media officer of the Super Eagles Toyin Ibitoye revealed that the games were fixed on weekdays for television purposes.


The first leg will kick off at 7 pm Nigerian time in Uyo which the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have stuck to as the home of the Super Eagles.
