AFCON 2021 Group matches schedule

The Confederation of African Football, CAF has published an updated and detailed schedule of group matches of the 33rd edition of the Africa Cup of Nations Cameroon will be hosting come January 2022.

The match opener will oppose Cameroon and Burkina Faso who share Group A at the Olembe Stadium in Yaounde. Then will follow and epic Morocco-Ghana clash on January 10 at the Ahmadou Ahidjo stadium.

The matches will be played in five towns, Yaounde for Groups A and B, Douala for Group E, Bafoussam for Group D, Garoua for Group F and Limbe for Group C.

Below is a detailed schedule of the matches, venue date and time.

 

Sunday January 9, 2022

Cameroon VS Burkina Faso at the Olembe Stadium in Yaounde, 4pm

Ethiopia VS Cape Verde at the Olembe Stadium in Yaounde, 7pm

Monday January 10, 2022

Senegal VS Zimbabwe at the Kouekong Stadium in Bafoussam, 1pm

Guinea VS Malawi at the Kouekong Stadium in Bafoussam, 4pm

Morocco VS Ghana at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium in Yaounde, 4pm

Comoros VS Gabon at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium in Yaounde, 7pm

Algeria VS Sierra Leone at the Japoma Stadium in Douala, 1pm

Nigeria VS Egypt at the Roumde Adjia Stadium in Garoua, 4pm

Sudan VS Guinea-Bissau at the Roumde Adjia Stadium in Garoua, 7pm
