Akere Muna gets backing from FPD party in Ngaoundere

The leader of the “Now Movement”, Barrister Akere Muna has been invested for the 2018 Presidential election by the Popular Front for Development in Ngaoundere.

He was invested on Saturday at the ceremonial ground in Ngaoundere amidst a mamoth crowd that turned out to witness the event.

Since Akere Muna declared his candidacey for the 2018 Presidential elections, questions were raised concernong the political platform under which he will run for.

The PFD led by Doukou Daman has its stronghold in Ngaoundere and is the latest political party to back Akere Muna after he equally received the backing of a number of opposition parties including the Alliance of Progressive Forces APF, created by his brother Barrister Ben Muna.
