Cameroon: 17 suspected separatists killed in Ndop

At least seventeen suspected separatists have been killed in the loccality of Ndop, North West region of Cameroon, security forces say.

The army said it had killed the men during an operation over the weekend as they equally arrested two suspected armed separatists.

Nine bikes, 12 hunting guns, cell phones and amunition were seized in the course of the operation, the Cameroon army said.

In a related developmeent, the army confirmed it had equally killed five suspected separatists in Bafut, destroying three bikes and seizing several weapons belonging to the armed men.
