Eleven young beneficiaries of the Three Year Special Youth Plan have been morally rearmed in Maroua II sub division, Far North Region of Cameroon.
During a training session carried out by officials of the Maroua II sub divisional delegation of Youth and Civic Education, the beneficiaries made up of six men and five women received talks on moral, civic and entrepreneurial rearmament.
While youth who have already received funding for the Three Year Special Youth Plan strive for the implementation of their projects, those awaiting funding strive for their Moral, Civic and Entrepreneurial Rearmament.
Officials of the Ministry of Youth and Civic Education in the part of Maroua say the exercise is aimed at accompanying the beneficiaries to properly implement their projects but to equally prepare the young beneficiaries to better nurture their projects and to inspire future beneficiaries and project holders.
Focused on entrepreneurship, rights and duties of a citizen, national symbols and emblems, the training workshop is equally aimed at preparing the young beneficiaries to benefit for the 2020-2021 funding session.
Thus this training session which will last eight days is animated by experts brought in by officials of the Maroua II Subdivisional Delegation of Youth Affairs and Civic Education and those of the Multi-purpose Youth Empowerment Centre.
