The Head of State Paul Biya is expected to address the nation tonight at exactly 8pm in one of his speeches that will be delivered out of the traditional dates.

Since the announcement made by the Civil Cabinet at the Presidency last night, speculations and reactions have been pouring in from the civil society and political class as to what Paul Biya will say.

In anticipation to tonight’s speech, the leader of the National Reconciliation Party, PCRN, Cabral Libii says Paul Biya’s speech should be geared at ending the bloodshed in the North West and South West regions of Cameroon.

“compatriots die! A lot of blood has been flowing. This is the priority of priorities. Do it Mr President. If that is not why you express yourself tonight, then don’t forget. Any other speech will be vain or, inappropriate,” Cabral Libii said.
