Wontai Olivier, dismembered history teacher

The dismembered body of a History teacher was discovered Tuesday morning at Mobile Nkwen in Bamenda, North West Region Cameroon, allegedly dumped by Ambazonian fighters.

The victim identified as Wontai Vondou Olivier, was a history teacher at GBHS Nitop, who also taught at several schools in the chief town of the North West Region.

A greater portion of his body was reportedly found in a bag and the head was abandoned at the roundabout.

Shortly after the horror was attributed to separatist fighters, both Security forces and Ambazonian fighters immediately stormed the scene firing shots in the air as locals all fled for fear of the unknown.

This situation comes barely one week after Prime Minister Joseph Dion Ngute’s peace mission to this region.
