Cameroon hold first training session ahead of Morocco game

The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon have held their first training session in Cassablance ahead of Friday’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Morocco.

Despite light showers of rain, Head coach Clarence Seedorf led out a group of ten players on Monday night at the Kahrama sports centre in Cassablanca.

Exercises were focused on tactical exercises, positioning, ball possesion as well as general coordination of play before the team was later joined by a group of players later in the evening.

Eric Maxime Choupo Moting, Andre Onana, Idriss Carlos Kameni, Georges Mandjeck and  Zambo Anguissa all joined the team later in that evening as well as Fai Collins, Karl Toko Ekambi and Joyskim Dawa(who has replaced the injured Oyongo Bitolo).

The team would holt two training sessions on Tuesday with the last contingent of players expected to arrive today to complete the squad.

The Indmitable Lions who face Morocco on Friday will immediately jet off to London to face Brazil on Tuesday November 20 for an international friendly at the Milton and Keynes stadium.
