Cameroon: infighting from ‘Ambazonia armed groups’ leaves at least 5 dead

At least five young men were killed in Batibo, Momo Division of the North West region on Saturday December 15 in an incident that have been described as a clash of interest between various armed separatist camps in the area.

Residents in Batibo got to to gruesome images of corpses lying in a nearby bush with their hands tied to the back with bullet wounds on their bodies and signs of torture.

Sources say they were bundled, stripped half naked and taken to a nearby bush where they were summarily executed by another faction of the armed separatist group.

The killings have sparked accusations and counter accusations from various factions of the armed separatists but no one has officially claimed responsibility for he killings so far.
