Cameroon Music promoter of JPS record label Jean Pierre Saah has been killed in cold blood last Sunday night at his residence in Douala by unidentified gun men, sources say.
According to Actucameroon.com, the assassins broke into his house at about 10pm Sunday March 31, 2019 and shoot him up in cold blood.
He is reported to have died on the spot, and his body taken to the Douala Military hospital mortuary.
Rumour in Douala describe his killing as a settling of scores, given that no item was taken away from his home by the killers.
Jean Piere Saah has produced many big names of Cameroon and African music including Koffi Olomide, Petit-Pays, Lady Ponce, Espoir 2000, Werrason to name but these.
