Cameroon: National Port Authority gets new Management team

Louis Abou Mpecke has been appointed Director General of the National Port Authority in Cameroon and Pamela Ayuk Eta his Deputy Director General.


They were appointed by two Presidential decrees signed Wednesday May 12.

Louis Abou Mpecke replaces late Josué Youmba, former Director General of the institution who died last April 28 after suffering from ill health.

Before today’s appointment, the new Deputy Director General of the National Port Authority, Pamela Ayuk Eta served as Littoral regional Delegate at the Ministry of Transports.

Both of them are expected to take over from where late Josue Youmba left before his demise last April.

Interim was nevertheless assured by Simon Pierre Ediba, Mayor of Obala.
