Amongst the 25 injured, five have been admitted at the surgical ward of the Maroua Regional Hospital as the others are equally receiving treatment.

The Governor of the Far North region Midjiyawa Bakari who visited the victims late on Sunday night at the hospital, called for more vigilance from the populationand said security will be beefed up.
