Cameroon youngster Zobo joins French side Toulouse

Cameroon forward Stephane Zobo has joined French Ligue 1 side Toulouse on a four-year deal, the French club have announced.

Zobo who turns 18 next month is a promising striker who scored two goals in three games for Cameroon at the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations last year.

He was signed by the French club after a successful trial period last season where he even played with the U19 team where he convinced the coaches with his physical qualities.

Toulouse coach Alain Cassanova has given him the opportunity to shine by calling him up for pre-season training with the first team.

The former player of Azur Star Academy of Yaounde will have the opportunity stake a claim for a place in the first team during pre-season.
