The Cameroon Football Federation has urged candidates gunning for the post of President at next week’s election to complete their files or be thrown out.
After examinig the various files deposited by the candidates, the Normalisation Committee is expected to publish a final list today ahead of the election which holds on December 12 in Yaounde.
However, just one candidate, Seidou Mbombo Njoya has met all the requirements to run for the post of President as others still lak supporting documents.
It is the case with one of the major contenders Joseph Antoine Bell who lacks ten endorsements from the delegates of the General Assembly while his integrity questionnaire was signed by order.
Other candidates like Franck Happi, Mabouang Kessak, Mongue Nyamsi Daniel, Bissong Emmanuel, Penne Robert, Tchinda Patrick and Boyomo Manuel all have endorsment problems as well as signature penned on their integrity questionnaires.
The Cameroon Football Federation has given a period of grace for the candidates to complete their files before publishing the final list.
The election of a new President at the helmn of Fecafoot will hold on December 12 at the Caf Excellence Centre in Mbankomo, Yaounde.
