Adamou Ndam Njoya, Presidential candidate of the Cameroon Democratic Union (CDU) says the deepening Anglophone crisis affecting every spheres of the Cameroonian society, requires deep reflections.
Ndam Njoya who has been absent from the public eye for a while says his silence has been strategic. He described the 2018 election as a turning point in the country’s history which necessitates deep reflection and meditation.
“”This is the time to give a deep thought on the way forward for the country,” he said.
“Sometimes I have to stay up late at night to reflect on the future of this country and how to get it out of the current mess…this is time to reflect on the right answers on the problems plaguing Cameroon” the CDU President is quoted to have said.
To him, there is need to propose concrete solutions which the current regime that has been in power for 36 years has failed to provide. Going by the CDU boss, his government will usher in major reforms in the military corp, educational system, diplomacy, agricultural reforms that the country badly needs.
