Two men suspected of selling fake fiscal stamps have been arrested by security forces in Odza, a neighbourhood in Cameroon’s capital Yaounde.
They were arrested in the morning of June 26 by a mixed control team of the Rapid Intervention Batallion and the Rapid Intervention Unit of the Police.
The suspects aged 19 and 21 were arrested with a bag containing over 100 copies of fake fiscal stamps meant for the black market.
Information gathered revealed the suspects are part of a student network specialised to producing fake documents in the sturdent residential area in Bonamoussadi, Yaounde.
Security forces have since oped investigations to track down any suspect and accomplice in the area.
