Muyuka Court of First Instance burnt down

The Muyuka Court of First Instance was on early Wednesday burnt down by unidentified armed men as violence escalates in that part of Fako Division in the South West Region of Cameroon.

The court premise was discovered on Wednesday morning burnt down by unknown men following days of tension in Muyuka with sporadic gunshots.

The burning down of the Muyuka Court of First Instance follows last weeks burning of the the State Counsel’s Chambers in the same locality.

This morning’s incident has been followed by gun exchanges between security forces and unknown armed men leading to one civilian seriously injured.
