Over 70 UK, SA tour guides trained in Swaziland

About 70 tour guides from the United Kingdom and South Africa are currently undertaking a three-day training course on tour guiding in Swaziland, APA can report on Wednesday. The course was organised by the Hospitality and Tourism Association of Swaziland (HOTAS) in partnership with Swaziland Tourism Authority (STA).
The course director Ruth Buck said the course is meant to familiarise local and international tour guides with Swaziland and its attractions for the growth and development of the tourism industry.
“This course is meant to provide tourist guides with all the necessary information and answers to questions that tourists could ask. It will also enable tour operators to speak confidently about Swaziland,” said Buck.
