Police Inspector abducted in Kumba

A police Inspector was reportedly kidnapped at the weekend around Mile 1 Mbonge road, Kumba 1 sub division in the South West Region, local sources have said.

Nwengela Susan, Police Inspector at the Kemba Central Police station was kidnapped  on Saturday at 3:00pm by unknown men around her Sustainer residence in Mile 1.

She was last seen thirty minutes leaving her house to honour an appoint with a relative in Kumba Town, family sources narrated.

But news will later come from close sources that she had been carried aways by unidentified persons to an unknown destination.

This comes only a week after a police commissioner was rescued after he was taken hostage by unidentified gunmen around Mile 16.
