Union Douala sack coach after Aigle defeat

Union of Douala have parted ways with their head coach Ernest Agbor after a poor start to the second half of the season that saw them slip to a 3-1 home defeat to Aigle of the Menoua on Wednesday.

A third defeat in a row for the Nassara Gamakais leaves them in mid table at eight with 27 points as they are still in search of their first win since the start of the second round.

Assiatant head coach Daniel Walimjom has been placed in temporary charge for next Sunday’s game away to Dragon of Yaounde.

Ernest Agbor becomes the 12 coach to leave an Elite One club this season and follows Dieuconné Nké who left UMS Loum just last week after serious tensions at the club.
